SALTY CHRISTIANS: Prayer Requests and Christian Club
My fellow brothers and sisters of Christ!!! Whenever you are a reading this, HI! as you may know, everyday, people thirsty for Jesus. So here are some interesting prayer requests i have picked up:
Pray for Dawning, as you troubles in her studies.
Pray for Ruth, finding her way through Duke
And on that note, pray for Tim Lin
Pray for Laraine to get better
Pray for Harvest Night at church to be SUCCESSFUL
Pray for the people who keep coming to Christ after Harvest Night
Pray for a better day tommorow
Pray for the littlest thing that bothers you, but God will listen
Pray for your walk with God
Pray for all the 2009 sen-- Freshman ;) to have an AWESOME JOURNEY WITH GOD

Okay, on that note, please meditate on something for me. What is Christian Club like? Is it just like Outreach basically? I'm planning on joining. Apparently, the club in our school has been dying down, and also, I think i'm not being a good enough "salt" for God. So, let's dive into God's word in search of "salt." (if you know what i mean then feel free to stop reading ;D)
Why should Christians be "salty?" let's explore!
So, What is salt?
a crystalline compound, sodium chloride, NaCl, occurring as a mineral, a constituent of seawater, etc., and used for seasoning food, as a preservative, etc.
Okay.... that's odd, does the BIBLE say anything about salt?
YES IT SURELY DOES!!!!
Mark 9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
GOD LOVES SALTY CHRISTIANS. :]
Salt is amazing. IT is (over)used in the Bible. Salt is everywhere! NaCl has never been so popular! God also said:
Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
Now Salt was used in many ways:
preserve meats and feeding ppl
Basically, what we want to do is feed the people Hungry of Jesus. We need to be THE salt.
So how do you become a "Salty" Christian?
GROW STRONG IN YOUR FAITH
READ THE BIBLE
PRAY FOR THE SALTINESS (^^)
PRAY FOR GOOD
God is good, all the time. All the time, god is good.
Christians, remember you are:(christians)
of, pertaining to, or derived from Jesus Christ or His teachings
And you will be: (tempted)
to entice or allure to do something often regarded as unwise, wrong, or immoral.
To do sin. Do not be tempted so hastily. Even I can learn from that
TELL GOD ABOUT YOUR DAY. IT MAKES HIM HAPPY.

sad truths and falling curtains
Entry 01:
Its like when there is a realization that there is a god. You are either appalled, gratified, or defiant. But seriously, after reading this article, "Do Animals Have Souls?", I have determined that people don't come to god easily. My friend started saying bad things about Jesus after I told him that Animals don't go to heaven. They stay on the ground. Haha. Anyways, all jokes aside, I think that he was more worried about dogs then heaven. Click here to read it. If you are to lazy to read it, I guess I will write out snippets:

Also, animals have different kind of souls than human beings. Human being souls are made in the image of God and they live forever, they are everlasting. Animal souls are not made in the image of God, and we have no evidence that I can tell that they are everlasting.

total FAIL &&; Chinese Popcorn Chicken (QCup, Quicklys)
I took the SAT'S today.

Now I must confess, sitting in a room with 8 people older than you and having a mini timer penetrate your concentration is quite... annoying. Anyways, that's not the point. SATS ARE EXTREMELY HARD ;(. I took it (without writing) and It took 3 hours. Seriously. I went at 1:25 and came back home at 4:35. Actually, I did something on the way home. Keep reading this post to find out what ;D Anyways, there were some really weird words. I definetly don't want to take it. Its not like I'm good at vocabulary... I probably suck ;P Bleh. I got a DRUMROOLLLL PLeez!!!!

HEY!!! I'm in 8th grade and I know I suck, but it doesn't mean you can taunt me with long words like soliloquy and periodontal. It was so hot inside the classroom too. I had to get like 5 cups of water. BTW, Apparently my only good subject is math, which I scored around a 640 in. Not to shabby, as some ppl would say.
OOOHOHOOOHOHOOHOHOHOOHOHOHOHOHOHOH i am going to friend Kenny's Church for praise night tonight. I phoned him and he said we are having dinner there. Anyways, time to get to the meat of things.
When Kenny told me that we were eating, I felt a state of shock and looked down at my hands. I have been plumping myself with Chinese Popcorn chicken from Q-Cup. And then I muttered, "Uh... I'm kinda full... and kinda felt guilty about it. Yah, go on, I can take the Tim Lin Style fat jokes. Yah. Blame the 100 pound kid who is underweight for being fat. THANKS TIM. I GUESS I'LL JUST CRY IN THE CORNER. Haha. Jaykay. Tim, if your reading this. I [insert hearts] you!!! Taunt Ruth! teehee. I just noticed i forgot to put the close center tag. Woops.
Anywhoo, I bought Chinese Popcorn chicken and I swear, they put nicotine in that stuff. It tastes so good, its like my 18th one this month. I might die of being fat. Gee, is tim Lin an oracle???
BTW, I really my friend Ann Wang's Blog. It is so cool. And also GazelleTrek (Dawning Wu) :P. i <3 you stalkers!!!!

Yes we will talk about the word in a second. But first, I have to share something. Geometry. IT could possible be the most boring thing ever. I swear. If I need to write another paragraph proof... haha. Just kidding. Geometry is fun. Ms. Stephens is an excellent teachers. For all you haters, you guys don't listen to her. Even through her lame jokes, you can learn A LOT. Bravo, Ms. Stephens. I also like how she teaches.
Homework is pretty heavy. Actually I am working on it right now.
I am writing a contrapositive... sigh.
JESUS WALK:
Trying to convince people to come to Church is quite the challenge itself. Whatif people do not believe in Jesus and his miracles? They don't care for such exisistence. For future refrence, if another person says: Christians disprove evolution, I will rip my hair out. Frankly, all that matters is that God created the earth. Some questions are meant to be unanswered right?
Haha. Sigh, I really pray for my friends who are thirsty for God. I know I am all the time.

Anyway, not being sidetracked...
I was bedazed at how slow arthirits can slow you down while doing anything. I recognized that I am probably dying to catch up to my friends during swimming, trying my best not to walk during running, thought it is hard. Now I am not a person who complains a lot. *~* if you know me, DON'T JUDGE MEEEEE. Hahahaha. Heart <3
Just that, things in life can slow you down like my arthiris. Its like sin. It slows down your relationship with god. :( Loving god takes a long time to do. Confused? Read Songs of song 2:7~8. Tchy. That will help you.
